The idea of having a folding arm dish is a good idea. The biggest disadvantage / problem we find with these dishes is the durability. The dish after a year or two is almost guaranteed to fall over at some point - and there is a high risk if it bending out of shape like an aluminum can. The base of the material is more aluminum based. We have had a lot of customers that do buy them - regardless of our advice, and when the dish falls over or knocked around the dish bends and unfortunately is completely buggered. It just doesn't have the robust design of the azure shine dish (please come in the store to compare the quality first hand) Clamp teeth brackets at the back can be a pain when assembling the brackets on to the tripod as the teeth never really hold that well onto the tripod - thus it usually takes around 60 seconds to deassemble the dish and I can assure you its never with ease taking the bracket of the tripod. To make it even worse - the engineers designed quite a big bracket to clamp onto the tripod which makes it even worse for storing - being a massive 200mm in size. Regardless, the dish will still provide perfect picture anywhere in Australia.

The 78cm Azure Shine dish is a
great compromise between size and optimal signal reception. These dishes are manufactured in Taiwan, which have a higher grade in quality opposed to other cheaper dishes manufactured in China. These dishes have a unique steel design. These dishes are slightly more expensive, but in our eyes are the best quality dish we have seen on the market. This dish has a robust steel base which will enable it to take a few knocks and bangs without being damaged compared to the tinny / aluminum dishes which will dent and warp / change parabolic shape very easily. You may have seen satellite TV kits for caravans advertised elsewhere for prices ranging from ridiculously expensive to suspiciously cheap. In this case you may now be wondering how our systems stand apart from the others. Given the right instructions, setting up a satellite system is NOT a complicated procedure, and so we don't charge you for unnecessary gimmicks! We only supply good quality equipment that won’t let you down when you're in the middle of nowhere, all at a price that won’t break the bank and with friendly ongoing support. 1. Do they supply a legitimate Optus card (RRP $99) with their kits - some sellers do not offer/provide a card at all.
