"I am usually a real dummy with technology as I never grew up with all these electronic things kids have these days. I didnt think I would be able to get it working as I struggle to use a computer, so I organised my grandson to come over on the weekend. I had a play and it only took a couple of minutes to setup the first time by myself. Just had to move the dish until the picture appeared on the tele. Hasn't been a place yet where I haven't got it. Definately recommend to everyone."

I bought my satellite system from another mob in Perth as I live south the river, and their store was closer to me. I bought a caravan satellite systems for $349 - I thought I was getting a bargain not knowing much about satellite equipment and what I was really getting - seeing other systems for $500 - some even $800 over east. I was told it would work Australia wide and it was a piece of cake to setup, and it could pick up all the free to air channels Australia wide. After going home and setting everything up, it took about 2 days to setup. After finding the right satellite which I had no bloody idea as the instructions werent very helpful, I wondering why I could only get a picture on the aboriginal channel - I called them and I ended up having to go back and spend another $100 for a optus card as they sold me an incomplete system which didnt include the access card with my system - I wasnt happy but forked out another $100 as I didnt know much about the optus card when I bought the system.
The dish I got was literally the worst dish for a caravan, it was white and it didnt fold down at all. The bloke actually told me because it was white it would work better - which I found out later was a load of garbage. (Colours don't exist in the really high radio frequency range). It took me hours to setup - the dish wasnt easy one bit to setup - the instructions werent much better. I actually thought the white dish was harder to setup, but later found out it was because it was just a really cheap Chinese dish. The dish didnt even fold down very well. Secondly I had major issues as the connectors on my cable kept coming off as the cables werent even crimped properly - just the screw type. I brang my cable back to Access after my connectors fell off and asked to have them crimped on properly, the connectors could not be crimped on as the cable was so lousy - it was like sponge and they just didnt stick on one bit after being crimped. I had to buy a new set of cable which cost me $30.
Two weeks later the aluminium dish blew over and dented, and the tripod was starting to rust - I was told the alumunium tripod and dish wouldnt rust because it was alumunium. It was such a huge let down buying from the other mob in the first place. The dish hardly blew over and had bent and changed shape. I called them up (which was the last time I contacted them) and they told me just to read the instructions and it would work fine after I even mentioned it had might be because the dish had fallen over. I travelled 45 minutes out of my way and brought the dish to Access - they tried to bend it back but the shape had changed when it blew over, we got the sat finder squealing but nothing. I felt bad because they stayed back to 6pm on a Friday for me just so I could watch Carlton play on the Friday night. I bought another dish from Access which I asked them to put together for me, actually came with all the wingnuts and was a lot better quality, it folded down nice and neat, they showed it working with my LNB and off I went. It literally took a couple of minutes to setup, it was a miracle how long it took to setup. The other dish used to take so long it was unbelievable - partly because I didnt get the write tools and instructions werent much better. The brackets at the back of the old dish were horrible and half my problems as it obviously wasnt really a caravan dish. I replaced the tripod with a steel tripod which folded down to literally half the size of the aluminium tripod, which had adjustable legs with wingnuts to get the pole level, and also pegable legs. The angle finder really helped me, I was just relying on pot luck before that, the instructions were a lot better, I found them very helpful - as there was a few things I didnt understand, like when I hit the wrong satellite if I am pointing the dish too high. I ended up spending over $800 in the end, and basically replaced almost everything with the good quality gear from Access.
Since then, it only takes a minute to setup, there hasnt been a place I havent got it working. I would recommend Access to anyone - who can get you sorted the first time around.

Just
a note to say how
appreciative I was for the service you provided on Saturday. I
set up the unit Saturday afternoon and soon had it working
a treat. Your
DVD really helped along with
the written notes.
I
found the “Clarke Belt” information really handy. If
only the other people I have previously dealt with had
told me about the Clarke Belt I might not have spent so much time
“looking” at
the wrong satellite and wondering why the Sat Finder was screaming but
I was
receiving a Bad Signal message.
Thanks
again.

"It
has been some time since I purchased a satellite TV system from you,
this is to convey my thanks to you for your assistance and advice in
choosing the right system. I was hesitant in choosing you as
your
product was much cheaper than others on the market, but your
proffessional manner that you dealt with my many questions made me feel
that if your product was as good as your service I would be on a winner.
You
did not let me down as I found the delivery, the set-up video and the
high standard of your product was excellent.
I
would recommend you and your product to anyone wishing to recieve
trouble free dealings and an excellent system. Wishing you
continuing success in business."

"After
taking the time to watch your set-up DVD, it only took us 10 minutes to
connect the equipment and locate the satellite. The whole
process
was much easier than I had anticipated and now we have perfect tv
reception!
Thanks!

"Just a short note to you to let
you know that we have been
travelling for 6 weeks through NT, SA, and WA
and the Sat system has been working like
a treat. We
have had no problems with the set up at
different locations and are very happy with the purchase. It certainly was good
value for the
money. Perfect
pictures every time. It
only took 10 minutes to set it up and to locate the sat. Please find enclosed a
photo of our rig set
up outside Norseman at one of the rest areas just north of town
