Delivery Options
At Access Antennas, we offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on most orders via Australia Post or Star Track, including parcel tracking so you can monitor your delivery.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional cost for faster delivery.
- Click & Collect: You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our store. See the Click & Collect section below for details.
- We ensure that every order is handled carefully and securely, giving you confidence that your items will arrive safely.
Order Processing Times
Orders received before 1:00 pm WST, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day dispatch.
You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order has been prepared and shipped.
While we aim to dispatch all orders the same day, please note that Mondays and Fridays can experience higher volumes. We recommend placing your order early on these days to avoid any potential delays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Bulky or Heavy Items
For larger or heavier products, shipping is handled via road freight to ensure safe and secure delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and destination of your order.
Click & Collect
If you choose to collect your order in-store:
- Please wait for your confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
- Collecting your order after receiving this confirmation helps us ensure a smooth and fast pickup experience.
