Delivery Options

Access Antennas offers fixed, flat-rate shipping. All orders are sent via Australia Post or Star Track and include parcel tracking. Express delivery is available at an additional cost. If you would prefer to collect your order, you are more than welcome. See below for more store pickup details.

Processing Times

Same day postage applies to all orders received before 1pm WST, Monday to Friday. Our aim is to get all orders dispatched the day they are placed. You'll receive an SMS or email once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

While we endeavour to process and ship orders same day, please be advised that on Mondays and Fridays there is increased demand and we recommend getting your order in as early as possible to avoid possible delays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Bulky Items

Large or heavy items can only be shipped via road.

Click and Collect

When placing an order to be collected instore, please wait for your confirmation email confirming that your order has been processed and is ready for collection to avoid delays upon arrival.
