The dish works well but the instructions were really poor.the after sales service was appalling and frustrating.if you buy this it will work but don't expect too much help from Access.
Delivered on time and it is working well. We had a technician come and align the dish to tune it in. He had the equipment.
Installation was relatively straightforward. We mounted it on our tin roof. Aligning with the satellite took hours. We set it at the coordinates given and had nothing. Looked at other setup sites, nothing.
We ended up FaceTiming. My husband on the roof and me in the loungeroom focused on the tv, so my husband could see. It only took a minute after we did it this way.
