Yes. The U7 Long-Range is fully backwards compatible with WiFi 6, WiFi 5 and older wireless standards.
How is it powered?
The access point uses 802.3at PoE+, allowing both power and data to be supplied through a single Ethernet cable.
Can I manage multiple UniFi access points together?
Yes. Using the UniFi Network application, you can centrally manage multiple UniFi access points, switches and gateways from a single interface.
